We are fully MLC 2006 Compliant (Maritime Labour Convention), means that we operate in accordance with MLC regulation 1.4, following the strict requirements. The MLC 2006 came into force as a result of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Initiative that was designed to regulate the employment of seafarers working aboard commercial vessels, including luxury charter yachts that are registered for commercial use, ensuring the protection of welfare and employment conditions and for all seafarers working on those vessels.
